As a Senior UX and Product Designer for the Voyager crypto brokerage app, I have spearheaded major initiatives such as the Voyager Debit Card and improved onboarding. I prioritize accessibility and WCAG standards, and specialize in Figma, usertesting.com, and optimal workshop.
Willis Towers Watson: UX Designer
Feb 2019 – April 2021
As a UX designer for Willis Towers Watson's Benefits Outsourcing division, I played an integral role in the redesign of their employee benefit enterprise portal. I utilized the latest frameworks, component libraries, and style sheets to reimagine the portal website and push it to the next level of design. Accessibility and WCAG standards were prioritized, and I primarily worked in Sketch, Axure, InVision, and usertesting.com.
Transdev Inc: Lead UX Designer
Mar 2016 – Dec 2018
As the lead designer for Transdev's SuperShuttle, Execucar, and Door to Gate apps, I redesigned their iOS, Android, and web interfaces from two-star apps to five-star experiences with glowing reviews. I utilized Sketch, Principle, and After Effects to achieve these results.
Trimble: Senior UX Designer
Nov 2010 – Mar 2016
As the senior designer for Trimble, I was responsible for developing concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design implementation for mobile and web platforms. I utilized Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Google Analytics, and Crazy Egg to improve app experiences. Additionally, I have skills in product packaging, manuals, ads, and videos.
